Ethics & Standards Committee: Responsible for compliance review and dispute resolution.
5.1 Admission: Sign an agreement and commit to comply with the Council's bylaws and codes.
5.2 Obligations: Submit regular compliance reports and accept monitoring.
5.3 Public Registry: Compliant members shall be listed in a global public registry.
5.4 Public Notice Obligation: Members must display membership status and a link on their official platforms.
